Notes on the images. Some of the images here are early digital scans that were made using a Nikon AX-1200 Scanner. Alas, that great scanner (optics) is obsolete as it as SCSI. Most newer images are now taken with a Nikon D80 or Canon SD790IS. I am working to replace all of the primitive images with newer images.
