Notes on the images. Many of the images here are early digital scans of actual prints. Many others are direct scans that were made using a Nikon AX-1200 Scanner. Alas, that great scanner (optics) is obsolete as it as SCSI. Most newer images are now taken with a Sony 4 Megapixal camera. I am working to replace all of the primitive images with newer images.
